Spoleto Festival USA’s Annual Giving Program offers various levels of giving within the Festival Circle and the Spoleto Society. No matter the level, your gift will entitle you to a wide range of benefits that are sure to enhance your Festival experience and, most important, will allow us to continue to delight and thrill our audiences with world class performances.
Festival Circle ($100 – $1,249)

Join Spoleto Society and receive personalized assistance from our Patron Services Manager.
This dynamic group of patrons in their 20s and 30s support the Festival’s artistic programming with an affordable gift level and enjoy exclusive benefits, including specially-priced ticket packages and invitations to exclusive events during the Festival.

Gifts of appreciated stock are welcome and may help you avoid paying capital gains tax. You may make a gift of stock by advising your broker to contact our brokerage firm with the instructions for the transfer. CLICK HERE to obtain the detailed instruction document. Please note that it is important to notify the Festival prior to any stock transfer in order for us to properly identify and acknowledge your gift.
Does your employer participate in a matching gift program? If so, please take a moment to increase your gift to Spoleto Festival USA by requesting a matching gift form from your employer. To find out if your company participates, please contact your human resources professional or call the Development Office at (843) 724-1192. With a matching gift, the Festival receives additional support at no cost to you, and you may qualify for additional benefits.
Honorary and Memorial Gifts
Celebrate someone special with a contribution to Spoleto Festival USA. Honorary gifts are a wonderful way to celebrate family members, friends, or colleagues and their enthusiasm for the performing arts. You will receive a tax receipt and the Festival will notify the honoree of your thoughtful contribution. (The amount of your contribution will be kept confidential.)
You can also remember someone who loved the Festival’s inspiring programming during their lifetime by making a gift in that person’s memory. You will receive a tax receipt, and we will write to family members or friends, as you request, telling them that you have made a thoughtful gift to the Festival in memory of their loved one. There are a variety of ways that individuals may support Spoleto through planned giving: irrevocable gifts that provide life income to donors, including gift annuities, charitable remainder annuity trusts and unitrusts, pooled income, revocable gifts that include wills, life insurance policies, and retirement and pension plans. IRA Charitable Rollover
If you are 70½ or older, you have a special tax-free opportunity to make a meaningful charitable gift to Spoleto Festival USA through an IRA Charitable Rollover as part of the required minimum distribution.
