Spoleto and the Charleston community unite to open the 48th Spoleto Festival USA at this free event. Celebrating the enchantment of the Festival season, this event includes speeches by civic and Spoleto leaders, as well as surprise performances to welcome artists from around the world to Charleston for the Festival.
