There are no returns or refunds on posters, gift certificates, or Spoleto merchandise.
- Single ticket buyers and Festival Circle Donors may exchange tickets for a $5 fee per performance up to 72 hours before performance time.
- Spoleto Society donors, Board Members, and Chamber Subscribers may exchange tickets free of charge up to 72 hours before performance time.
All exchange requests are subject to availability. If exchanging for a higher priced seat you must pay the additional cost. Refunds will not be given for exchanges into lower-priced seats.
