Wheelchair accessible seating and companion seating are available at all venues. These seats can be purchased online or through the Box Office.
Charleston Gaillard Center
95 Calhoun St. (Directions)
Parking: The closest accessible parking spaces are in the City of Charleston garage at 33 Alexander Street. If you have an accessible tag or license plate, you do not have to pay to park in the garage.
Building Entrances: Both entrances on George Street and Calhoun Street are wheelchair accessible.
Elevators: All levels are accessible by elevator.
Restrooms: Accessible restrooms are available on every floor of the Charleston Gaillard Center. Accessible restrooms are available on the Orchestra, Box Tier, and Gallery lobbies within the Martha and John M. Rivers Performance Hall.
Dock Street Theatre
135 Church St. (Directions)
Parking: The closest accessible parking spaces are in the Cumberland Street Garage at 90 Cumberland Street.
There is a loading zone in front of the theatre on Church Street where guests can drop off and pick up members of their party.
Building Entrance: An accessible entrance is located through the courtyard, which can be accessed through the gate on the left of the main entrance.
Elevator: The balcony is accessible by elevator.
Restrooms: All restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
Assistive Listening Devices: There are two types of devices; Sennheiser HDI 302 (for those without hearing aids) and EZT3012 (for use with hearing aids) are available at the venue Box Office with a photo ID.
Festival Hall
56 Beaufain St. (Directions)
Parking: The closest accessible parking spaces are in the Majestic Square Garage at 135 Market Street. In addition, there are a small number of metered spaces located at 45 Archdale Street.
Building Entrance: An accessible entrance is located at street level on the left (southwest) side of the building.
Elevator: An elevator providing access to the lobby and performance space is located just inside the accessible entrance.
Restrooms: Accessible restrooms are located on the lower level and can be accessed by elevator.
Assistive Listening Devices: ListenRF devices are available at the Box Office with a photo ID.
College of Charleston Sottile Theatre
44 George St. (Directions)
Parking: The closest accessible parking spaces are in the George Street Garage at 34 St. Philip Street.
There is a loading zone in front of the theatre on George Street where guests can drop off and pick up members of their party.
Building Entrance: The main building entrance on George Street is handicap accessible.
Elevators: There is an elevator directly inside the front doors that accesses the Orchestra level. There is NO elevator access to the Balcony level.
Bariatric Seats: Two bariatric seats are available in the balcony section, Box A, Row A, Seat 5 and Box F, Row A, Seat 1.
Restrooms: Restrooms located on the Orchestra level are wheelchair accessible.
Assistive Listening Devices: are available at the venue Box Office with a photo ID.
College of Charleston Cistern Yard

This is an outdoor venue with brick pathways and grass; some surfaces may be uneven.
Parking: The closest accessible parking spaces are in the George Parking Garage at 34 St. Philip Street.
Entrance: The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
Restrooms: Accessible restrooms will be available.
Assistive Listening Devices: This venue does not have listening devices.
St. Matthew's Lutheran Church
405 King St. (Directions)
Seating at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church is in pews. The pews have doors and are therefore not considered accessible. Freestanding chairs at the rear of the church are used for ADA and companion seating.
Parking: The closest accessible parking spaces are in the Marion Square Garage at 399 King Street. Some accessible metered parking spaces may be available on King Street in front of the church.
Entrance: The right-side entrance is accessible.
Elevator: The balconies are only accessible by stairs. NO elevator.
Restrooms: Restrooms in the outreach building and parish hall are accessible.
Assistive Listening Devices: Are available and may be found in a basket in the rear of the church.
