Described as “one of the best bands in jazz” by The New York Times, Vijay Iyer Trio is a powerful collaboration between piano virtuoso Vijay Iyer, master drummer Tyshawn Sorey, and bass luminary Linda May Han Oh. The trio’s members— all celebrated composers and bandleaders, as well as returning Festival performers—push the limits of improvisation and composition, delivering a truly unforgettable sonic affair.
