Ticket Delivery Options
Digital (Recommended)
Mobile tickets delivered to your phone and accessible via your mobile wallet

Use the same email and password associated with your spoletousa.org account or choose passwordless login to receive a one-time access code via email.
2. View Your Tickets
Your tickets will appear in your account as soon as your purchase is complete.

3. Scan Your Ticket at the Venue
Your ticket’s QR code will be available four hours before your performance. Please present the live QR code on your phone—screenshots and printouts will not be accepted.
Mail
Tickets shipped via USPS for a $5 per order fee.
Will Call
Tickets held at the venue box office for $5 per order. Pickup begins 90 minutes prior to the performance. Photo ID and confirmation number are required.
Payment Methods
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Spoleto Festival Gift Certificates online or by phone. Cash and checks are also accepted at in-person locations.
Ticket Pricing
Ticket prices may change at any time based on demand and availability. Prices listed online reflect real-time updates.
All sales are final; no refunds will be issued if prices decrease.
Fees
- $9 per ticket processing fee (waived for Chamber Subscribers)
- Additional facility surcharges may apply at select venues (set by venue; non-waivable)
- $5 per order fee for printed tickets (mail or Will Call)
Discounts & Group Sales
- Active Military, Veterans, Teachers, and Students receive 10% off in select sections
- Valid ID required at Will Call pickup
- Full price will be charged if ID is not presented
- Groups of 10+ may receive discounts on select performances

Ticket Exchanges & Donations
All sales are final; tickets are non-refundable.
Posters, gift certificates, and merchandise are also non-refundable.
Please review your order carefully before purchase. Performance dates, times, venues, artists, and pricing are subject to change.
Exchanges
- Single ticket buyers and Festival Circle Donors: $5 per ticket, up to 72 hours before the performance
- Spoleto Society Donors, Board Members, and Chamber Subscribers: no fee, up to 72 hours before the performance
All exchanges are subject to availability. Price differences apply when upgrading seats; refunds are not issued for lower-priced exchanges.
Donations
Tickets may be donated as a tax-deductible gift up to 30 minutes before the performance. A receipt will be issued after the Festival concludes. Tickets cannot be returned for account credit. Exchanges or donations must be completed at the time of ticket return.
Cancellations & Weather
If a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via email with next steps. Unless otherwise noted, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
For outdoor events:
- Venue changes due to weather will be communicated at least 3 hours prior to showtime (seat locations not guaranteed)
- Weather-related delays or postponements will be communicated via email with further instructions
Photography and video recording are not permitted. Please silence devices and refrain from use during performances.
Security
All Spoleto attendees are subject to security screening upon entry.
- Bags larger than a 4.5” x 6.5” clutch must be clear
- Bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12” are not permitted

Ticket Resale
Spoleto Festival USA cannot guarantee tickets purchased through third-party sellers. Such tickets may be invalid or not honored. Resale of tickets above $1 over face value violates South Carolina law. Orders suspected of intent to resell above face value may be cancelled and refunded.
