Spoleto Festival USA 2017 Artists and Participants

Welcome Spoleto badge-holders! We have put together this page to help you make the best use of your festival badge. You will find below our current best estimate of badge admission to each festival performance. We cannot, unfortunately, guarantee availability, as there are often late purchasers, walkups, returned tickets, etc. that cannot be accounted for ahead of time. This page will be updated regularly, so please check back often for the most up-to-date information.

SPOLETO FESTIVAL USA PARTICIPANT BADGE ADMISSION POLICY

ALL AUDIENCE MEMBERS & BADGE HOLDERS MUST HAVE A TICKET

  • Sign-up must be in person (Photo ID & badge required)
  • Participants will be organized in a designated area by assigned usher 30 minutes prior to performance time. Participants will sign up in order of arrival.
  • Approximately 15 minutes before curtain, tickets will be given out to participants in the order of sign in.
  • PLEASE NOTE:  In the event there is an additional sign-in list for staff badge holders, tickets will be given out to the staff list first, and the remainder to participants in the order of sign in.
  • A 15% Friends & Family discount is available for all badge holders.   Purchasing tickets is the best way to ensure seats.

ALL AUDIENCE MEMBERS & BADGE HOLDERS MUST HAVE A TICKET

STAFF ADVANCE TICKETS

  • Staff Badge Holders may secure 2 tickets in advance for certain eligible performances beginning Monday, May 8 2017.
    • Phone  843.579.3100  | Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm
    • In Person Box Office  | Gaillard Center  | Daily, 9am-5pm
    • Transaction must be completed at least 2 hours prior to  performance time.
    • Badge holder must present photo ID and Spoleto Staff badge at the box office/will call

STAFF ONSITE BADGE ADMISSION

  • Sign-up must be in person (Photo ID & badge required)
  • Badge Holders will be organized in a designated area by assigned usher 30 minutes prior to performance time. Badge holders will sign up in order of arrival.
  • Approximately 15 minutes before curtain, tickets will be given out to Badge Holders in the order of sign in.
  • Tickets will be distributed to the Staff Badge holds list first and the remainder to the Participant Badge Holders in the order of sign in.
  • A 15% Friends & Family discount is available for all badge holders.   Purchasing tickets is the best way to ensure seats.

Open Inventory is too low to issue hard tickets to Staff Badge Holders in Advance.  Staff Badge holders may arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to the performance to sign in for Onsite Badge Admission.

There is open inventory for a small number of Onsite Badge Admissions.  There is a strong possibility that Badge Admission may not be available closer to performance time.
If you want to be sure you attend the performance, it is recommended to purchase tickets. A Friends & Family discount is available for all Badge Holders.

Inventory is extremely limited or the performance is completely Sold Out.  Any tickets that may become available onsite will be sold to patrons waiting to buy.  Onsite Badge Admission is not available.  Please purchase tickets to ensure attendance.
