Venue: Middleton Place

This event is RAIN OR SHINE! Gates and Beer Garden open at 3:30pm.

An all-day party featuring live music, local craft beers, and a beautiful Charleston setting, the Festival Finale at Middleton Place is the perfect way to cap off 17 days of unforgettable performances. The day includes gourmet picnic fare, a beer garden featuring your favorite Charleston brews, and the best local and regional bands playing throughout the afternoon. CLICK HERE to view the Beer Garden menu. Charleston’s own Shovels & Rope light up the Middleton Main Stage at dusk.

With a sound somewhere between Johnny and June Cash and The White Stripes, husband-and-wife duo Shovels & Rope have sky-rocketed onto the national music scene. Cary Ann Hearst and Michael Trent mash honky tonk twang, folksy lyricism, and punk grit together for an identity that recently won them the Americana Music Honors & Award’s Emerging Artist of the Year in 2013.

Of course, no Finale would be complete without a spectacular post-concert fireworks display to bring the Festival to its traditional celebratory close. Don’t forget to arrive early to explore Middleton Place’s stunning landscaped gardens and to enjoy the Beer Garden. A performance schedule for the Beer Garden Stage lineup is listed below:
